It is my primary complaint against newer TW games. That is wanting to play Total Economy rather than Total War. Still have not found a mod that is not too tough, but not too Vanilla. But it is seriously hard to almost impossible so I usually use some of his "gameplay options" scripts to make it easier for my experience. Not saying MFR does any of those, but at least it does not stray from Vanilla economy much.įor the hardest economy/experience, Imperial Destroyer is the mother of them all. very few empires by the end of the 19th Century, and even fewer by World War II. They favor large campaigns instead of hard economies, strategic/devestating blockading and smaller stacks thus making the few large stacks incredibly important. There are some good mods for medieval 2 total war which are completely. That is my biggest gripe with many of these overhauls. Switz 3rd MAR:I never got Total Factions because in the campaign AI it states that they significantly lowered upkeep cost to encourage larger armies and more "epic" battles.
